Position Summary:
The Ole Miss Wesley Foundation in Oxford, Mississippi is looking to hire two campus ministry residents for the 2022-2023 school year. Campus Ministry Residents support the Associate Director in efforts to reach and minister to the students of the University of Mississippi. This individual will focus on outreach and discipleship through both relational and programatic efforts. They will also assist the staff with other logistical responsibilities.

CAMPUS MINISTRY RESIDENTS - OLE MISS WESLEY FOUNDATION
Ministry Summary:
Campus Ministry Residents support the Associate Director in efforts to reach and minister to the students of the University of Mississippi. This individual will focus on outreach and discipleship through both relational and programatic efforts. They will also assist the staff with other logistical responsibilities.

Outgoing personality
Ability to meet with individuals and groups large and small with ease
Organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills
Strong, proven skills in interpersonal communication and discipleship
Ability to work with a team
United Methodist background a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Work with Director and Associate Director in developing and implementing outreach efforts focused on connecting new students to the life of the Wesley.
Work with the Associate Director to launch and lead a ministry focused specifically on freshmen complete with discipleship, missions, and community engagement opportunities.
Spend significant time each week meeting with students and leading community-building activities on the Ole Miss campus
Help plan and execute retreat and mission opportunities
Head our Gameday Parking fundraiser where parking is sold to people attending Ole Miss football games.
Other office duties as assigned.
